Ultrasound-Guided Filler Correction
Program for Dissolving Filler Lumps with Diagnostic Ultrasound
At ATTA Clinic, our ultrasound-guided filler correction program precisely targets unwanted filler lumps. Using high-resolution ultrasound imaging, we can locate the exact filler position, whether it’s in the forehead, temples, under the eyes, smile lines, or lips. This approach, led by Dr. Atita (Dr. Sroy), a diagnostic radiology specialist, maintains the highest standard of care by ensuring targeted filler dissolution while using the minimum amount of dissolving agent, avoiding a “blind” approach.
Why Dissolve Filler?
Sometimes filler injections may not yield the desired outcome, or complications arise that require correction. Common issues include:
- Swelling or puffiness due to excess filler or facial overfilled syndrome
- Lumps, commonly under the eyes where the skin is thinner, but lumps can also appear in other areas like the forehead, smile lines, and temples
- Filler migration
- Bluish skin discoloration (Tyndall effect)
- Irregular or asymmetric shape
- Infection
- Severe complications like tissue necrosis

Methods for Filler Dissolution
Recommended filler dissolution methods include:
Medication for Dissolving Fillers
- Hyaluronidase Injections : This enzyme breaks down hyaluronic acid fillers, allowing them to be absorbed by the body.
- Steroid Injections : Steroids can reduce collagen formation, minimizing hard lumps or irregularities.
Intralesional Laser Treatment :
- At ATTA Clinic, we use Endolift laser combined with ultrasound guidance to dissolve filler effectively without surgery. Endolift can also address non-hyaluronic acid fillers like Radiesse and Sculptra, though multiple sessions may be required.
Surgical Removal :
- For fillers that cannot be dissolved with medication, such as PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate), liquid silicone, or paraffin, surgical excision may be necessary. This procedure is typically performed by a skilled surgeon to ensure safe removal of foreign materials.
Certified Drug Safety
The new common language will be more simple and regular than the existing European languages. It will be as simple as Occidental; in fact, it will be Occidental. To an English person, it will seem like simplified English, as a skeptical Cambridge friend of mine told me what Occidental is. The European languages are members of the same family. Their separate existence is a myth.
Assess, Reverse, and Re-Build
Through real-time ultrasound imaging, Dr. Sroy assesses (Assess) the precise location and depth of filler, dissolves unwanted filler (Reverse) with accuracy, and restructures (Re-Build) the area as needed. Patients can view their filler placement alongside the doctor, ensuring a collaborative and transparent approach to achieving effective and safe results.
